As one part of the activities on the short fill festival which will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021, there is going to be a panel discussion.

The topic is going to be “Inclusion of People with Disabilities.” Inclusion of people with disabilities necessitates equal access to education, health care, work and employment, and social protection, among other things, as well as a society that supports and promotes people with disabilities independence and their right to live free of violence, abuse, neglect, and exploitation.

What does it mean to live in an inclusive society? Why is it critical to include people with disabilities? What are the stumbling blocks to inclusion? What role do we play in creating a more inclusive society? How can a person with a disability be supported while still fostering inclusion? Do you hire persons who have special needs? Is it true that equal opportunity extends beyond hiring? the Discussion will cover how to cultivate an inclusive culture, what our societal duties are, and how we can be part of the solution.

Anyone who wants to attend this event is welcome to do so for FREE.
